From Virac:
There are 3 terminals you can go to when traveling by land to Pandan:

From San Andres:
If you are coming from San Andres, you also have options to travel by land to Pandan:

  1. Catanduanes Island Express (San Andres Satellite Terminal) โ€“ Similar to its parent terminal, it offers buses and mini buses that travel through the northern route. The buses only stop here briefly to drop off or pick up passengers, making it a convenient option for those arriving at the San Andres Port. Here are the rates:
