PANDAN, Catanduanes — Mr. Dexter R. Delos Santos formally assumed his position as Teacher I after taking his oath of office before Mayor Honesto C. Tabligan II on June 17, 2026, at the Office of the Mayor in the Municipality of Pandan.

The oath-taking ceremony marked an important milestone in Mr. Delos Santos’ entry into public service as an educator.
