On July 13, 2026, an Organizational Meeting for the Panahon ng Pagkilos: Philippine Community Resilience Project was conducted at the Municipal Evacuation Center, Municipality of Pandan to establish the Municipal Resilience Team and discuss its roles, responsibilities, and implementation strategies.

The meeting was led by Tom Brian L. Capilitan, Project Development Officer, together with the Area Coordinating Team, and attended by Municipal Mayor Honesto C. Tabligan II, LGU officials, and all Barangay Officials.

The activity aimed to strengthen the municipality’s disaster resilience by organizing a functional Municipal Resilience Team that will support the effective implementation of the project, promote community preparedness, and enhance risk reduction efforts. Through orientation, collaborative discussions, and planning sessions, participants identified team members, defined responsibilities, established coordination mechanisms, and developed priority actions toward building a more resilient Municipality of Pandan.
