On July 13, 2026, the Municipal Development Council (MDC) convened at the Office of the Mayor, LGU Pandan, Catanduanes to deliberate on the Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) and the Annual Investment Program (AIP) for Calendar Year 2027.

The meeting was led by Municipal Mayor Honesto C. Tabligan II, together with MPDC Secretary Engr. Rodolfo C. Icaranom, and attended by members of the Municipal Development Council, department heads, barangay officials, and representatives from concerned agencies.

During the session, proposed development priorities and projects were presented, reviewed, and discussed to ensure that municipal programs remain aligned with the needs of the community. The council also tackled other important matters, including the proposed First Responder Training, which aims to strengthen the municipality’s disaster preparedness and emergency response capabilities.

Through collaborative discussions, consultations, and recommendations from MDC members and stakeholders, the meeting reinforced the municipality’s commitment to effective planning, coordinated implementation, and sustainable development initiatives for the people of Pandan.
