A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was formally signed for the project entitled โ€œImproving Access to Potable Water in 5 Barangays of Bagamanoc, Pandan, and San Miguel,โ€ a collaborative initiative aimed at enhancing access to safe and potable water in beneficiary communities through infrastructure development and organizational capacity building.

The agreement involved representatives from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, the Municipal Local Government Units of Bagamanoc, Pandan, and San Miguel, and the Barangay Local Government Units of Suchan, Quigaray, San Rafael, Canlubi, and Pagsangahan.

Covering the implementation period from December 2025 to November 2026, the project seeks to improve water accessibility, strengthen community participation, and build the capacity of local organizations in managing sustainable water systems. Through the combined efforts and support of partner organizations, municipal and barangay governments, the initiative will implement water system infrastructure projects, stakeholder coordination activities, and community capacity-building programs to ensure long-term sustainability and benefits for residents of the covered barangays.
