On July 13, 2026, 1LT. Han Matthew L. Ebo, Team Leader of the 14SFC, together with his team, paid a courtesy call on Municipal Mayor Honesto C. Tabligan II at the Office of the Municipal Mayor, LGU Pandan, Catanduanes. The visit aimed to strengthen the partnership and coordination between the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pandan and the 14SFC in support of peace, security, and community development initiatives.

During the meeting, Mayor Honesto C. Tabligan II welcomed 1LT. Han Matthew L. Ebo and his team as they exchanged updates and discussed matters of mutual concern. The activity reaffirmed the shared commitment of the LGU and the 14SFC to enhance cooperation in promoting public safety, maintaining peace and order, and implementing programs and activities that will benefit the people of Pandan.
