On July 14, 2026, the Municipal Civil Registrar’s Office conducted a Certificate Awarding Ceremony for the beneficiaries of the Registration Assistance Project in the Municipality of Pandan, Catanduanes.

The activity was attended by Municipal Mayor Honesto C. Tabligan II, Municipal Vice Mayor Eric T. Rodriguez, and the beneficiaries of the project, and was led by Mrs. Aster DQ. Crispino, Municipal Civil Registrar.

The ceremony recognized the successful participation and completion of the beneficiaries in the program by providing certificates as proof of their registration assistance. This initiative aims to promote legal identity, improve access to government services, and support individuals in securing essential civil registration documents.

Through the support of the Municipal Civil Registrar’s Office, together with the presence and assistance of Mayor Honesto C. Tabligan II and Vice Mayor Eric T. Rodriguez, certificates were personally awarded to the beneficiaries, highlighting the municipality’s commitment to delivering accessible and responsive public services.
