On July 16–17, 2026, a Business Plan Writing Workshop was conducted at Rakdell Inn, Virac, Catanduanes, attended by LGU personnel, confirmed I-REAP subproject proponent groups, and concerned representatives from the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP).

The activity aimed to assist proponent groups in developing comprehensive, viable, and sustainable business plans for their enterprise subprojects. Through guided discussions and workshop sessions, participants were provided with insights on the cassava enterprise process flow, formulation of clear and measurable enterprise objectives, and other essential components in preparing an effective business plan.

The workshop served as an important step in strengthening enterprise development initiatives and ensuring the successful planning and implementation of I-REAP-supported subprojects.
